Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress-related challenges. My background includes working with a wide range of mental health concerns, including trauma, OCD, identity-related issues, and chronic or co-occurring physical health conditions.

I take a holistic, patient-centered approach that blends evidence-based care with a deep understanding of each individual’s unique experiences. My work incorporates modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing, alongside thoughtful medication management when appropriate.

My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, holistic, and tailored to your individual needs. I take the time to understand your experiences, symptoms, and goals so we can build a treatment plan that feels both effective and realistic for you. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress management, and trauma-related concerns, while also supporting identity-related and co-occurring physical health challenges.

I integrate evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing, along with medication management when appropriate. My style is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and solution-focused—I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting progress.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a supportive, judgment-free space where we focus on understanding you as a whole person. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, your symptoms, medical and mental health history, and what you’d like to improve. I take time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and heard.

Together, we’ll begin identifying clear goals and outline a personalized plan, which may include therapy, medication options, or lifestyle strategies. My goal is for you to leave with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and confidence in the path forward.
