Great to meet you!

I am a Clinical Psychologist with an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a PhD from the University of Detroit Mercy. With over forty years of experience, I have helped hundreds of clients on their journey of self-discovery. I specialize in trauma, mood disorders, couples therapy, geriatrics and Veteran's issues.

My approach to therapy

I use evidenced based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and the Gottman Method. This ensures that my clients receive well researched and universally accepted methods of care. I am a lifelong learner and actively continue honing my skills through regular training seminars and classes.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect a warm and encouraging environment where we decide together what goals to work on. It is a partnership built on mutual respect and a dedication to our goals. I enjoy using humor and a down to earth communication style to help you feel comfortable and supported.
