I am a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 35 years of experience working with adults and adolescents. I use trauma-informed approaches to help clients heal from trauma, improve performance, and expand health and creativity.

I specialize in working with personal growth and development; grief and loss; trauma and childhood family dysfunction; dissociative phenomena and parts; death and dying; self-criticism and negative core self-beliefs; depression and anxiety; identity and meaning.

My approach to therapy

As a psychologist, I employ an integrative and collaborative approach, uniquely tailored to the needs of each client. I draw on many theoretical perspectives, including Psychodynamic, Relational, Attachment, Cognitive Behavioral, and Family Systems.
