Great to meet you!

I hold a MA in Counseling and Holistic Health Education and have been licensed and practicing as a Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist since 1999. I am a certified life and executive coach. I have been influenced by body-based therapeutic approaches that will help you increase awareness to resolve your stuck points. I work collaboratively and experientially.

My approach to therapy

If you weren't stuck, you'd have already figured it out. Together we resolve your challenges by raising awareness, teaching mindfulness practices, and removing blocks and barriers to forming your desired future. My approach is holistic and practical addressing body, mind, and spirit.

All of us have a unique, authentic-self inside and many of our challenges are a result of not aligning our lives with what matters most to us in our hearts.

What you can expect from me

Clients' takeaway may be to pay attention to themselves in a particular way, between sessions, or apply a mindfulness technique we practiced together. The growth happens in people's lives, between sessions and their takeaway is practical, and connected to the challenges they're working to resolve. Some clients take away the ability to stop disconnecting from themselves in non-working ways before replacing those behaviors with more functional and adaptive ones.
