Hello! I am a professional counselor licensed in the state of Texas. I see clients via telehealth or in my office in East Dallas.

I provide individuals and couples with a safe space to share whatever is bothering them in an accepting, empathetic environment. Your therapy should be unique and focused on what you are wanting to change, so I adapt treatment to match those goals. I invest the care and time it takes for you to leave feeling valued, heard, and with an increased confidence in managing your problems.

My initial goal for any client is that they would feel safe in sharing with me and would leave the session feeling understood. For individuals, I hope that they will come to understand themselves better and will feel like there is a path forward. For couples, I hope they will leave feeling more equipped to step outside of their negative dynamics and feel more connected.
