Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

I provide compassionate, personalized psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in the evaluation , diagnosis, and medication management of ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns.

I believe meaningful treatment begins with feeling heard and understood. I take time to learn about each person’s unique experiences, concerns, strengths, lifestyle, and goals so we can create a treatment plan that fits their individual needs.

My approach combines medication management with supportive counseling and evidence-based techniques, including CBT and Motivational Interviewing. I work collaboratively with my patients to develop practical coping strategies, improve daily functioning, and support lasting emotional well-being.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, difficulty focusing, low mood, overwhelming stress, emotional challenges, or a major life transition, you don’t have to face it alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can feel empowered to take meaningful steps toward a healthier, more balanced life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to is collaborative, compassionate, individualized and grounded in evidenced-based practice.

I believe that the most effective treatment begins with listening. I take the time to understand your unique experiences, concerns, and goals before developing a personalized treatment plan.

Once a thorough evaluation is completed, I provide treatment recommendations based on your diagnosis, current symptoms, and what matters most to you. Whether treatment includes medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination of approaches, you will always be an active partner in the decision-making process.

I believe that informed patients make empowered decisions. That's why I take the time to explain diagnoses, treatment options, expected benefits, potential risks, and alternatives in clear, easy-to-understand language.

Together, we'll develop a plan that aligns with your goals and supports your long-term mental wellness.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and confident in your care every step of the way

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we take the time to understand your story. We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, personal history, medical background, mental health history, and treatment goals.

The initial evaluation is an opportunity for me to learn what brings you to care, how your symptoms are affecting your daily life, and what you hope to achieve through treatment. We will work together to identify your needs, discuss possible diagnoses when appropriate, and review treatment options that may include medication management, therapy approaches, lifestyle strategies, or a combination of these.

I believe that successful treatment is built on trust and collaboration. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, share your preferences, and be actively involved in creating a treatment plan that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and confident about the next steps in your mental health journey.
