Great to meet you!

I work with adults who want support making sense of what they're going through and figuring out what comes next. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, substance use, relationship concerns, grief, or a major change in your life, we'll focus on what matters most to you and what would genuinely help things feel different.

As both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I bring a practical, nonjudgmental perspective to therapy. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative, and I believe meaningful change happens when you feel comfortable being honest about where you are. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop tools that fit your life, and work toward changes that feel realistic and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be more than a place to talk. It should help you better understand yourself while giving you practical ways to create change in your everyday life. I'll meet you where you are without judgment, while also helping you look honestly at patterns that may no longer be serving you.

My approach is flexible and tailored to your needs. I draw from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way, strengthen what's already working, and develop healthier ways of coping, responding, and moving forward.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a calm, open-minded space where you can talk honestly about what's going on without feeling judged. You don't need to know exactly what to say or have a perfectly defined goal before we start. We'll figure that out together.

I'll bring warmth and compassion to our sessions, but I'll also be direct when it can help you grow. We'll pay attention to both the deeper patterns behind what you're experiencing and the practical changes that can help right now. My goal is for you to leave therapy with greater clarity, confidence, and tools you can actually use outside of our sessions.
