Great to meet you!

I’m a graduate of Columbia University’s School of Social Work and I have been working in community mental health for more than a decade.

I specialize in helping women, millennials and high achievers with:

  • Life Transitions: marriage, breakups, relationships, career changes, emerging adulthood, depression, anxiety
  • Perinatal Health: depression, anxiety, adapting to new roles, IVF, infertility, body image & change
  • High Achieving: perfectionism, work/life balance, imposter syndrome, competitiveness

My approach to therapy

Genuine

  • I don’t just smile and do the “therapist nod.” I’m “real” and approachable and have a good sense of humor.

Collaborative

  • I challenge and inspire, while acknowledging and respecting that you are the expert on your experiences.

Curious

  • I focus on getting to know the “real” you. Knowing and understanding your experiences, feelings and goals is of the utmost importance to me.

Professional

  • I use my clinical knowledge and experience to guide you to solutions and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Life is hard! You don't have to navigate it alone.

I work with results-oriented individuals who don’t consider themselves the “therapy type” to identify the problematic thinking patterns that hold them back, develop evidence-based (CBT) tools and techniques to better manage stress, anxiety, worry and sadness and build confidence in their ability to live happier, more productive and fulfilled lives.
