Great to meet you!

I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor treating both mental health and addiction. I have spent years working with many different community populations at local, state, and federal levels. I completed my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in December 2020 and am currently working on my Doctorate. Since then I have expanded my client population to include mental health counseling along with my SUD clients. I also work with domestic violence victims and perpetrators. I completed EMDR training May of 2022 and can now offer this specified trauma counseling. I am a mother of three kids.

My approach to therapy

I like the client to guide their own session with guidance and open ended questions. I like to focus on self-empowerment and also finding balance in life

What you can expect from me

The first session I like to have the client tell me why they sought out counseling and what they are hoping to get from counseling. I also allow the client to ask me any questions they may have.
