Great to meet you!

I consider myself an approachable, supportive therapist who believes therapy should feel like a real conversation. I specialize on supporting adults in young to mid-adulthood as they navigate life transitions, interpersonal and family dynamics, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative, flexible approach—no one-size-fits-all. I draw from trauma-informed, relational, and solution-focused methods, but always tailor sessions to your needs. Sometimes therapy looks like deep reflection, other times it’s practical problem-solving. My role is to meet you where you are and support your growth.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know each other and what brings you to therapy. You don’t need clear goals—we’ll figure those out together. I believe the foundation of therapy is a strong therapeutic alliance, so I focus on creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself. By the end, you’ll have a sense of how I work, and together we’ll decide what feels most important to start exploring.
