Great to meet you!

My hope is to be able to offer consultation, constructive feedback, and potential solutions to those who may be feeling the desire for assistance with self empowerment in their lives and goal setting, or just a better understanding of their current situation. We all have many transitions in life and an outside perspective can often be the solution to moving forward with increased hope and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

Strong Systemic approach with attempts to understand the multiple interactional variables impacting a current situation. It is important to take time for clients to feel their past history is sufficiently understood, while moving towards solutions as soon as they are engaged in the process.

What you can expect from me

Clients should feel heard and understood with simple, measurable, attainable, and realistic goals they can work on before we meet again in hopes of improving their situation.
