Great to meet you!

As an ADHD-Certified Clinical Service Provider and someone with lived experience of ADHD, I focus on supporting individuals navigating not just ADHD, but anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I offer personalized telehealth therapy tailored to each client's unique needs, aiming to enhance coping strategies and overall well-being.

I offer telehealth services, making therapy more accessible and easier for clients. With a focus on providing personalized care, I strive to deliver the best possible service to meet each client’s unique needs. I have a flexible schedule and later evening appointments (after 9 pm) are available if requested.

My approach to therapy

My focus is to help you better understand your symptoms, improve how you manage and view your symptoms, and help you create ways to transform what’s not working. With specialized training in ADHD, as well as challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, toxic relationships, and abuse. I’m dedicated to providing you with the resources and tools necessary for healing, coping, and enhancing your mental well-being. Above all, creating a safe and comfortable environment where you feel heard and understood is my priority. My goal is to empower you to become the best version of yourself and improve your overall quality of life. I want to have a conversation about your unique situation, struggles, and how we can work together to make changes that are useful for you.

What you can expect from me

In each session, you may experience a range of emotions. Some sessions will feel easier, while others may be challenging or difficult. Some may offer hope and a sense of promise for the future. You’ll have an active role in shaping the goals and pace of therapy. I view our work together as a partnership where you can learn, grow, and improve, leaving each session with a greater sense of hope and a deeper understanding of yourself. Therapy often requires effort, self-reflection, and tasks to be worked on outside of our sessions. I am committed to listening, guiding, encouraging, and providing the information, education, and resources needed to help you create positive change in your life.
