Great to meet you!

As an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider and a neurodivergent individual, I specialize in helping individuals struggling with ADHD and related challenges. My goal is to support clients in improving their quality of life by mastering their symptoms and navigating any co-occurring issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. I offer telehealth services, making therapy more accessible and comfortable for clients. With a focus on providing personalized care, I strive to deliver the best possible service to meet each client’s unique needs

A bit about my approach to therapy

My focus is to help you better understand your symptoms, their origins, and how to transform what’s not working for you. I specialize in ADHD, as well as related challenges like depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, toxic relationships, and abuse. I’m dedicated to providing you with the resources and tools necessary for healing, coping, and enhancing your mental well-being. Above all, creating a safe and comfortable environment where you feel heard and understood is my priority. My goal is to empower you to become the best version of yourself and improve your overall quality of life.

What you can expect from our first session

In each session, you may experience a range of emotions. Some sessions will feel easier, while others may be challenging or difficult. Some may offer hope and a sense of promise for the future. You’ll have an active role in shaping the goals and pace of therapy. I view our work together as a partnership where you can learn, grow, and improve, leaving each session with a greater sense of hope and a deeper understanding of yourself. Therapy often requires effort, self-reflection, and tasks to be worked on outside of our sessions. I am committed to listening, guiding, encouraging, and providing the information, education, and resources needed to help you create positive change in your life.
