Great to meet you! I hold a Master of Science in Psychology with an Emphasis in General Psychology from Grand Canyon University. For over eight years, I’ve worked with youth and adults in residential and rehabilitation settings, helping clients navigate challenges such as trauma, co-occurring disorders, and complex treatment needs.
My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based methods like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Structural and Strategic Family Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have experience supporting clients with crisis intervention, healthy relationship dynamics, identity formation, forgiveness, anger management, and developing practical life skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
In our first session, you can expect a safe, supportive space where your voice matters. We’ll work together to build tools for managing stress, improving emotional well-being, and creating meaningful change. My goal is to help you gain insight, resilience, and confidence as you move
forward. If you’re ready to start this journey, I’d love to connect with you!
