Great to meet you!

Hello! I am excited to meet you and begin our work together. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore your innermost self including your passion, beliefs, motivation, historical challenges and emotions. We will create therapy goals and identify any barriers to achieving them. Together we will monitor progress and identify ways to overcome obstacles to realize your potential.

My approach to therapy

I work from a lens of compassion and non-judgment. I focus on the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Every session requires presence and discernment as we move deeper into the healing process. You will create goals during our first session that will guide our work together.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from their first session feeling heard. A tentative direction for the therapeutic process will be outlined in the first session by clarifying short-term and long-term goals for therapy. After a month or two, clients can expect to understand the therapeutic process and begin to see signs of progress unfolding in their lives. At this point, a deeper sense of self-awareness and self-compassion will begin to emerge.
