Great to meet you!

I’m Kasey Ramoth, a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been supporting individuals through life’s challenges since 2017. I offer telehealth therapy and specialize in working with anxiety and depression, grief and pet loss, feelings of isolation and loneliness, and navigating major life transitions or “midlife crises.” I believe therapy should feel supportive, approachable, and collaborative, and I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is to help you feel understood, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe healing happens within a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, where you feel understood and accepted as you are. I work with you to explore patterns, experiences, and emotions with curiosity and care, while also offering practical tools to support growth and change. Therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you reconnect with your strengths, build insight, and move toward a more grounded and meaningful life at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where you are met with warmth, curiosity, and respect. We’ll spend time getting to know what’s been bringing you to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what you’re hoping for moving forward. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, while also making sure the conversation feels comfortable and at your pace. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and supported, and to leave the session with a clearer sense of direction and reassurance that you don’t have to navigate this alone.
