Great to meet you!

Having worked in the human services field for over 17 years, I can still say that I enjoy my job and meeting so many amazing human beings. I earned a Bachelor Degree in Child Development and Family Relations and a Master Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have training and experience in supporting folks who have lived through traumatic experiences.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize several models of therapy that include Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I am a rostered Child-Parent Psychotherapy provider, which focuses on attachment, parenting strategies, and overcoming traumatic experiences.

What you can expect from our first session

My goals are to meet you where you are, listen to you, and to understand what you are wanting to accomplish from our time together. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, a little more hopeful, and encouraged.
