Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), National Certified Counselor, and ACE-certified personal trainer dedicated to providing a warm, collaborative, and grounded space for healing. My practice, is rooted in an integrative, mind-body approach that honors how somatic awareness and emotional well-being intersect to foster lasting change. I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, and I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at The George Washington University. Professionally, I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, stress, professional burnout, trauma recovery, life transitions, and holistic wellness. Therapy with me is designed to feel like a safe, supportive partnership rather than a clinical checklist. Drawing on relational, trauma-informed, and evidence-based frameworks, I tailor our work entirely to your unique needs, moving at a pace that honors your story while building practical tools for everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to provide a calming environment where you control which way and how we go, offering a dedicated space for you to navigate and process challenges, major changes, and get comfortable discussing discomfort in a safe way at your pace. I aim to acknowledge the pieces we might naturally miss while also honoring your values and belief systems.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a relaxed, low-pressure space for us to get to know each other and ensure we are a good mutual fit. We will explore your current needs, what brings you into therapy, and any previous history you have with counseling. We'll also discuss what you might need from me as your clinician, and begin outlining your goals for our work together. While we will touch on your basic medical and mental health history, we will take things at your pace, there are no heavy or forced deep dives right out of the gate. My priority is making sure you feel entirely at ease and confident in our partnership from day one.
