Great to meet you!

I have been a clinician as well as an adjunct professor since graduating from Simmons College School of Social Work in 1998. I have been in private practice, been in a school setting, and been an outpatient therapy provider.

My approach to therapy

Working collaboratively with my clients, I draw from a variety of clinical perspectives and provide a safe and warm therapeutic environment. I have more than 25 years of experience working with children, teens, individuals, and families, in different settings. My approach is strength-based and client centered, and I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches.

I tend to be candid with my clients, as I deeply value authentic discussion. I hope to provide a warm environment, free of judgement, where clients feel free to open up and discuss what feels important to them.

What you can expect from me

My hope is for every client to leave our sessions feeling heard, empowered and respected.
