Here's what that actually looks like in session. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you unpack the thought patterns driving your stress or stuck points, and to build practical tools you can use the same day — whether that's reframing a harsh inner narrative, working through a traumatic experience, or managing the pressure of a demanding career. I bring in Motivational Interviewing when you're wrestling with a change you want to make but feel conflicted about — a habit, a relationship pattern, a career decision — helping you connect with your own reasons for change rather than feeling pushed into it. And I weave in mindfulness and mind-body techniques throughout, because I've seen firsthand how grounding your nervous system improves sleep, clarity, and follow-through on your goals.
If you're someone balancing a lot — a demanding job, a family, a relationship across cultural or generational lines, or the unique pressures of competing or leading at a high level — I want you to know this is exactly where I do my best work. I'm also deeply committed to culturally sensitive care: whatever your background, I bring curiosity and respect to understanding what shapes your identity and your relationships.
