Great to meet you!

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me.

As a board-certified clinical psychologist, I'm passionate about helping women navigate life's challenges—whether that's relationships, parenting, women's health/menopause, eating/body issues, or major transitions, including at work or related to grief and aging.

If you're looking for compassionate support tailored to your unique values and goals, I'd be honored to work with you. Let's take the next step together!

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, we’ll work together to deepen self-compassion, boost self-awareness, clarify your values, and build practical coping tools for life’s challenges. My approach with women clients is collaborative, person-centered, and grounded in proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Each woman’s unique needs shapes the path forward.

What you can expect from me

I want you to feel welcome and at ease here. In our first session, we’ll chat about your therapy goals and how we’ll work together using cognitive-behavioral techniques. My aim is to build a trusting, supportive partnership with women clients.
