Great to meet you!

Mental health has been a deeply meaningful part of my nursing career. I have worked across a range of settings, including detox, co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and throughout the full continuum of life—including end-of-life care. These experiences have shaped my understanding that each person’s journey is unique and deserves thoughtful, individualized support.

As a provider, I take a holistic approach—looking beyond symptoms to understand the whole person and their overall well-being. I believe that caring for mental health is closely connected to physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors, all of which play an important role in maintaining a meaningful quality of life.

My goal is to support you with a direct, compassionate approach, helping you navigate challenges while working toward balance, healing, and lasting well-being.

My approach to therapy

I feel that I am a holistic provider-addressing mental health and whole-body healing with a direct and compassionate approach to well-being. Together, we'll look at the mind, body, and lifestyle factors that impact your health, empowering you to create lasting and balanced change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a meaningful connection. I believe that feeling comfortable and connected with your provider is essential to achieving your goals and creating lasting progress. We’ll discuss what brings you in and begin understanding your overall well-being—mental, physical, and lifestyle factors. My approach is direct, compassionate, and collaborative, creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported from the start. By the end of our first meeting, we’ll start to outline your goals and discuss next steps, always keeping your individual needs and comfort at the center of care.
