Great to meet you!

I received my Master's in Mental Health Counseling in 2016, worked for a substance abuse IOP until 2021 and have since been in private practice. I specialize in substance abuse but also work with many seeking help for anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, etc. I am also a Christian and can incorporate faith based principals in our session, if desired.

My approach to therapy

I often use skills from CBT, such as highlighting unproductive thinking patterns and helping my clients reframe them. I will also use DBT skills to aid clients in managing their emotions.

What you can expect from me

In the first session we will complete more in depth intake questions and I will ask them to consider what goals they would like to work on. At the end I will open the floor up to them for any questions, concerns, etc.
