Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider with 8 years of experience supporting adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, and life stress. I work with individuals who often feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or burnout — especially those figuring out who they are, what they want, and how to make space for themselves. Therapy with me isn’t about being “fixed” — it’s about being heard, getting curious, and learning what actually helps.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach that blends practical tools with meaningful exploration. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. Together, we’ll look at the beliefs and thought patterns that might be keeping you stuck and work to shift them in a way that feels manageable and realistic. Therapy is always tailored to your needs, and we move at a pace that works for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you — your story, your goals, and what’s bringing you in. We’ll talk through what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. You’ll have space to be honest, ask questions, and decide if it feels like a good fit. From there, we’ll build a plan that’s flexible, supportive, and grounded in what matters most to you.
