Great to meet you!

I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and School Counselor with 4 years of experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and concerns related to LGBTQ+ identity and experiences. I believe therapy should be a place where you can feel fully seen, understood, and supported without judgment. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build confidence, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change that feels true to who you are.

My approach to therapy

I believe every client has a unique story, so therapy should never feel one-size-fits-all. I tailor our work to your needs, strengths, and goals while creating a collaborative space where you can be open and authentic. I’ll listen, support you, and gently challenge you when helpful so we can identify patterns, build new skills, and work toward changes that feel realistic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get comfortable and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your story, what has been feeling difficult, and what you hope to change at your own pace. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin creating a plan that feels manageable and meaningful. My priority is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about our work together.
