Great to meet you!

I specialize in comprehensive diagnostic and treatment of ADHD in teenagers and young adults and have over 13 years of experience working with this population. I help clients better understand how ADHD affects their daily lives while building practical skills, confidence, and resilience. I also work with anxiety, depression, and trauma, using evidence-based approaches including EMDR to help clients process difficult experiences and move forward. My experience includes foster care, crisis response, school-based care, and integrated medical clinics, allowing me to support a wide range of mental health needs. My goal is to provide a welcoming, collaborative space where you feel understood and leave with tools that make a real difference.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with teenagers and young adults, creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I believe therapy is not about someone telling you what to do, but about helping you better understand yourself and develop skills that work for your life. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, using evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, and ACT to help clients build confidence, resilience, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to get to know you as a whole person, not just the challenges that brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you hope to get out of therapy, and what matters most to you. I want to learn about your interests, hobbies, passions, strengths, and the things that make you who you are. Together, we’ll create goals that feel meaningful and realistic while building a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and know you have someone in your corner.
