Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Katie Halla, and I am a licensed therapist with a certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). My passion lies in working with those along their journey to parenthood, from trying to conceive, experiencing pregnancy and/or loss, or coping with postpartum challenges. My training and experience additionally extends to working with those who have struggled with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and/or self-worth, relational difficulties, and life transitions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I strive to create a warm and empowering environment for my clients. I recognize that one's unique experience is impacted by many internal and external factors; therefore, I aim to use a holistic approach in supporting my clients throughout their personal journeys. I believe in working collaboratively as a team with my clients through utilizing a person-centered approach. I love helping clients discover and utilize their inner strengths to come to a place of self-discovery and self-acceptance.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe in the power of holding space for your voice and honoring your unique story and experience. As your therapist, I am committed to supporting and challenging you to grow and learn more about yourself and what you deserve. I believe that being a therapist is a true honor and privilege, and I am here to support you on your journey to self-discovery, self-love, and self-acceptance. I know therapy can be hard work, so I value creating space to celebrate the wins and laugh when needed!
