Great to meet you!

I’m an Indiana and Michigan Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience helping young adults, adults, and older adults (65+) manage life transitions, emotional stress, and everyday overwhelm. As a fully virtual provider, I offer flexible, confidential online therapy to clients across Michigan.

My approach to therapy

Life has a way of challenging the coping strategies that once served us well. Whether you're navigating a new life stage, the complexities of parenting, a significant loss, or a health challenge, these transitions can leave you feeling unsettled. I specialize in supporting individuals as they adjust to these 'new normals.' Through the therapeutic relationship we build together, I provide a safe and compassionate space to help you navigate even the most difficult times. As your burdens begin to lighten, your resilience grows, making space for renewed joy, purpose, and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect our first session to feel like a conversation rather than an interview. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can begin to share what’s been weighing on you at your own pace. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what’s been most challenging lately, and what you hope will feel different moving forward.

I’ll also take time to explain how therapy works and answer any questions you might have so you feel comfortable with the process. Together, we’ll start identifying a few short-term goals such as finding immediate relief from stress or clarifying what you most want to focus on and set the groundwork for longer term growth.

By the end of our first meeting, my hope is that you’ll leave with a sense of being heard, supported, and understood, and that you’ll begin to feel a bit more grounded knowing you don’t have to navigate these transitions alone.
