Great to meet you!

I strive to help clients with both their daily ongoing stressors, while still identifying and working towards their long-term goals and commitments. I enjoy working with adolescents 16+ and adults of all ages, particularly those who are going through major transitions in their life, or coming to new realizations about themselves in any phase of life. I am a queer and neurodivergent identified and affirming therapist. I encourage you to reach out if you are looking for a therapist that can both hold quiet space, as well as push and challenge you in appropriate ways.

My approach to therapy

I offer interpersonal individual therapy that includes elements of CBT, DBT, and feminist counseling. I also am trained in EMDR and have an extensive history of working with clients who have experienced trauma, in both outpatient and residential treatment. Specialties include ADHD, Autism, gender and sexuality issues, and career counseling.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect transparency about the counseling process from their first session, and the opportunity to ask as many questions as you need to determine if it is the right fit.
