Great to meet you!

I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. I also support families in strengthening communication, building effective parenting strategies, and creating healthier relational patterns. As a former military spouse, I understand firsthand the unique stressors, transitions, and emotional strain military life can place on individuals and families. My practice is culturally responsive, inclusive, and LGBTQ+ allied—welcoming people from all backgrounds and identities into a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach to mental health, drawing on evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can take place safely.

What you can expect from me

Clients gain meaningful insight and develop practical skills to navigate the complexities of daily life with greater confidence, balance, and self-understanding.
