Great to meet you!

With over 30 years of clinical experience, I provide individual psychotherapy that is collaborative and affirming. I use an integrated therapeutic approach that draws upon evidence-based treatment interventions and creative modalities tailored to each client. I see clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, adolescent/parent/family conflicts, personal concerns and life transitions. I will support you to identify patterns, develop coping strategies, discover strengths, find solutions, and gain a deeper sense of wholeness and well-being.

My approach to therapy

In addition to my clinical work, I currently serve as a Social Work Team Supervisor who brings clinical skills to programming and group work for young adults. My professional journey is enriched by experiences working within Residential Recovery Programs, Inpatient Hospitals and Outpatient Clinics. I have provided individual, couples and family therapy to children, adolescents, adults and seniors. I am a trained Family Therapist who is knowledgeable in substance abuse, codependency and trauma informed care. My undergraduate Degree in Art Education informs my perspective and I am knowledgeable in art, play and expressive interventions.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a collaborative process. I am here to walk your journey with you. I am skilled in coaching and believe that the best answers are within. from the beginning, you can expect an encouraging space. I will ask, "what has brought you into therapy? What do you hope the outcomes could be? And what have you tried so far regarding how you are feeling?" I will check in with you and see if you are comfortable during the session and if you have questions for me.
