Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, change-oriented care to individuals seeking to manage mental health symptoms, enhance well-being, and engage in their own lives in meaningful ways. I use evidence-based practices to treat a range of mental health concerns and have specialized experience treating posttraumatic stress disorder (including among military veterans and first responders) and suicidal thoughts/behaviors. If you are experiencing symptoms that are interfering with living the life you want and you are ready for change, we might be a good fit.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process that should be anchored in your values and goals. While many mental health symptoms can be shared across different diagnoses, each person has their own unique experience. Therapy should provide a personalized experience that addresses your concerns and moves you toward your personal goals.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will get to know each other and have a conversation about what you would like to accomplish through therapy. I will ask questions about your history and what brought you to therapy, and you can share any concerns or questions you may have. Working together, we will better understand what you want to accomplish, what is getting in your way, and how I can support you moving forward.
