Great to meet you!

My work is for parents of kids who are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or inexplicably challenging to parent — whether formally diagnosed or you're just sensing something feels off, we should talk.

Parents are influenced by unconscious emotional blocks and patterns from their own upbringing. My practice helps parents identify and clear the programming keeping them stuck in ineffective patterns — because if you want parenting to feel calmer, it starts with YOU.

It's not easy. Raising a child whose brain works differently than the world expects is no joke, especially while navigating your own unconscious blocks.

My approach to therapy

My approach: empathetic and direct, goal- and future-focused. Our work gives you practical parenting tools, doable nervous system regulation skills, and freedom from those old, unhelpful patterns.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll discuss your goals, explore your existing resources, and define what success looks like. From there, we map a plan forward — future sessions may include your spouse or co-parent if helpful.

My background: PhD and MSW, with experience as a play therapist, parent coach for parents of young children, clinical director, and in-home teacher for autistic preschoolers.

Instead of letting childhood programming run the show, you'll be in charge — in parenting and in life. I'd love to connect.
