I’m a compassionate, skilled, and open-minded therapist dedicated to empowering my clients to identify their goals and providing them with practical skills to achieve success. My approach to therapy

I provide therapy to teens and adults using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach. I view therapy as an opportunity to change one's perspective about their current circumstances, as well as an opportunity to make lasting changes in life.
