Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist, and I work from a strengths-based, trauma informed perspective! I am diligent about keeping diversity, cultural context and neurodivergence in mind throughout my work, and I recognize the need for an individualized and holistic approach.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness interventions. My work is informed by Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems Theory (IFS). Essentially, IFS states that every part of us, even the ones we find challenging, has served a vital function in our lives. Every part of us deserves to be seen, accepted and nurtured. Through this we can achieve a better understanding of our behaviors, thoughts, and feelings to live a life that is more aligned with our values!

What you can expect from me

I believe that with the right skills and support every person can live meaningful lives and achieve peace, even in the presence of trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, grief and relationship issues. It has been an immense privilege to walk alongside folks through their journeys toward healing, to offer unconditional support and to hold the safe space needed for resilience and empowerment to bloom!
