Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over seven years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most meaningful transitions. With my Masters in Social Work from Smith College School of Social Work, my practice is grounded in a psychodynamic approach. I support individuals navigating issues related to anxiety, depression, relationships, family, life transitions, self-esteem and perfectionism with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for the whole self. I enjoy working with individuals who feel ready to explore their inner world and engage in deep clinical work to understand and heal the underlying roots of their concerns.

My approach to therapy

My practice is tailored to each unique client I see. In addition to my psychodynamic training, I often incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) work into my practice. Additionally, I draw from cognitive-behavioral modalities and mindfulness based approaches when skill building and in the moment coping skills would be beneficial.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we’ll slow down, get curious, and begin connecting your experiences to the parts of you that want healing. My hope is that you leave feeling seen, steadier, and more connected to the life you want to live.
