Great to meet you!

Born on a foggy morning in San Francisco, I was shaped by the jazz and beat poetry echoing like memories through a vibrant city — the lingering spirit of artists, wanderers, mystics, and rebels who believed there was more to life than convention and performance. Though born decades later, I grew up deeply influenced by that atmosphere of creativity, introspection, psychology, music, and the search for deeper meaning. I was drawn early toward storytelling, healing, spirituality, and understanding the emotional lives of human beings, a path that eventually led me into the world of psychotherapy and the healing arts.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, intuitive, and deeply relational, blending trauma-informed care with somatic awareness, mindfulness, depth psychology, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to tell the truth of their experience without shame or performance. Together, we explore not only symptoms, but the deeper emotional patterns, wounds, and strengths beneath them. My goal is to help clients reconnect with authenticity, resilience, meaning, and a greater sense of wholeness within themselves.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a very different experience from traditional talk therapy. My work is experiential, mindfulness-based, and deeply focused on the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. Sessions may include guided mindfulness practices, breathing techniques, somatic awareness, acupressure points, and trauma-informed interventions designed to help release emotional stress and survival patterns held within the body. Rather than only analyzing problems intellectually, we work toward helping clients feel calmer, more grounded, emotionally connected, and physically regulated — often leaving each session with a greater sense of relief, clarity, and inner balance.
