Great to meet you!

Effective conflict resolution has been an attribute that I have continued to strengthen within the last 20+ years. I always strive to find an efficient and effective way to resolve conflict so that all parties affected can walk away with a little more clarity and understanding as well as with the desire to want to bring resolution to the issue or issues at hand. I pride myself on treating people the way I want to be treated as well as listening with empathy, compassion and an open-mind.

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach encourages us to work as a team. I am here to help guide and encourage based on what the client decides is best. I consider it a privilege to be included in your life's journey. I look forward to having the opportunity to build a healthy therapeutic relationship that results in the growth and healing that you are seeking.

What you can expect from me

I believe in meeting clients where they are. I serve the domestic violence and sexual assault populations which includes clients from the LGBTQIA+ Community. My theoretical orientation is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Cognitive behavioral therapy focuses on how thoughts regulate behaviors and how people respond to life situations.
