Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma, complex PTSD, grief, anxiety, and the lasting effects of difficult or overwhelming experiences. I work with adults who may feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, disconnection, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty feeling safe and grounded. My background includes trauma-focused training, including EMDR, and I integrate somatic and IFS-informed approaches into my work.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Rather than relying only on traditional talk therapy, I help clients understand and work with the ways difficult experiences can become held in the nervous system, emotions, and patterns of relating. I draw from EMDR, somatic approaches, and IFS-informed work to help clients process painful experiences, build greater self-understanding, and feel more grounded and connected in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to slow down and get to know what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope might feel different. I’ll ask questions about your experiences, current concerns, and goals, while making space for you to share at a pace that feels comfortable. We’ll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and areas you’d like to work on and talk about approaches that may be a good fit. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can move forward together.
