Great to meet you!

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, meaning I focus on your unique goals, values, and resilience while also helping you build new skills. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness techniques to address patterns of thought, behavior, and emotion that may be keeping you stuck.

In our work together, I balance compassion with practical tools, helping you process experiences at your own pace while also developing strategies you can use in everyday life. I believe therapy should be an empowering process where you feel heard, understood, and supported in moving forward. Whether you are navigating relationships, healing from trauma, managing stress, or working on recovery, I will meet you where you are and walk alongside you in your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore challenges at their own pace while also building practical skills for everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any immediate concerns you want to address. I will ask questions to get to know you better, but there is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with. By the end of the session, we will start to identify priorities for our work together and discuss next steps so you leave with a clearer sense of direction.
