Great to meet you!

With over seven years of experience as a licensed therapist, I enjoy helping adults and couples navigate life's challenges with compassion, curiosity, and practical support. My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping clients develop greater psychological flexibility while building lives that reflect what matters most to them. I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best therapy happens within a genuine, collaborative relationship where you feel safe, supported, and never judged. My style is warm, conversational, and practical, blending compassion with evidence-based strategies to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help adults and couples develop psychological flexibility, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change by living in alignment with their values.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my primary goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of meaningful change, so I take time to get to know you as a person, not just the challenges that bring you to therapy. We will talk about what is most important to you, what you are hoping for from therapy, and any concerns or questions you may have about the process. Together, we will begin identifying goals that feel realistic and meaningful while creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
