Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I’m Kathie Quintana, a licensed social worker with 10 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you work toward greater clarity and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in meeting you where you are. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify what may be getting in the way, and build practical tools to help you manage challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. Your goals and pace will guide our work.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll begin identifying your needs and goals while creating a plan that feels right for you. When you’re ready, I invite you to reach out and take the first step toward feeling better.
