Great to meet you!

I'm the founder of Broderick Healthcare and a dual board-certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience caring for patients of all ages. I hold graduate degrees from the University of Massachusetts and the Boston University School of Public Health, where my research focused on preventing and treating postpartum depression in both men and women. My background as a former sexual assault nurse examiner has deeply shaped my commitment to trauma-informed, judgment-free care. I work as a solo provider, which means when you come to me, you get me — fully present and genuinely invested in your well-being.

My approach to therapy

I founded Broderick Healthcare on a simple belief: people heal best when they feel truly seen, supported, and understood. My approach is whole-person care — meaning I look at the full connection between your physical, emotional, and mental health, rather than treating symptoms in isolation. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, perinatal mental health, and the complex interplay of mind and body. Whether you're coming in for primary care, therapy, psychiatric medication management, or aesthetic services like Botox® or Radiesse®, you can expect the same warm, collaborative, and unhurried attention every time.

What you can expect from me

Every appointment is 60 minutes, because I believe your story deserves real time and real attention. From the very first session, my goal is for you to feel heard — perhaps for the first time in a healthcare setting. We'll explore every aspect of your health, your history, and what's brought you here, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I offer both in-person and virtual visits for patients in Massachusetts, and I always begin with a free consultation so we can make sure we're the right fit. I'd be truly honored to be part of your healing journey.
