Great to meet you!

Maybe your mind never seems to slow down. You overthink, struggle to focus, feel overwhelmed by everyday tasks, or find yourself exhausted from trying to hold everything together. You may be navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, trauma, chronic health concerns, or simply feeling like you’ve lost touch with yourself. With 8 years of experience, I help adults, especially women, better understand what they’re going through and find ways to feel more grounded, confident, and in control!

My approach to therapy

I often work with people who are used to pushing through, even when they’re struggling inside. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I use CBT, ACT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and strength-based approaches to help you understand patterns, manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions, and make changes that actually fit your life.

What you can expect from me

Therapy doesn’t have to feel formal or intimidating. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and have real conversations about what’s going on. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, healthier ways of coping, and helping you feel more like yourself again.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t have to wait until things feel unmanageable to reach out. When you’re ready, I’m here to support you!
