Great to meet you!
You should know that I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides mental health care across the lifespan, and I take your concerns seriously—whether they feel “big” or “hard to explain.” My goal is to offer a space where you feel respected, heard, and supported, not judged or rushed.
I provide both medication management and psychotherapy, and we’ll decide together what makes the most sense for you. Some clients want a careful medication plan, some want therapy support, and many benefit from a combination. I’m comfortable treating a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and psychotic disorders.
My style is collaborative and client-centered. That means I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach and I don’t assume I know your experience better than you do. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and work with you to build a plan that fits your needs, your preferences, and your life. I also practice with a holistic mindset—looking at the full picture, including stress, sleep, relationships, routines, coping strategies, and other factors that can affect mental health.
You can expect professionalism, clear communication, and follow-through. I’ll explain options in plain language, answer your questions, and make sure you understand the “why” behind any recommendation. Most importantly, you should know you’re not expected to have everything figured out before we meet—showing up as you are is enough, and we’ll take it step by step together.
