As a fully licensed clinical social worker, I am incredibly passionate about mental health and helping people achieve the life that they want to live. I have worked in intensive treatment centers for children, teens, and adults before opening a private practice in 2024. I currently specialize in working with adults struggling with mood disorders, identity, body image distress, and relationship difficulties.
My therapy practice is based on the premise that clients are the experts of their own experience. I believe that my role is to follow the client's inner wisdom and to have genuine curiosity and compassion in order to move the client into being the best version of themself that they can be. I see clients who are experiencing anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, experiencing relationship difficulties, and body image distress.
I always start with an introductory session and consultation call. During these two points of contact, I will get to know you and your goals. During this time, I encourage you to reflect if it feels like a strong fit for you. I strive to create a comfortable, safe, and open environment. Expect our first touch points to be full of curiosity and getting to know you for you. From there, we will mutually agree on a plan and begin working towards the plan.
