Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Kathleen. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering virtual therapy to individuals in Florida and Alabama. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and discover their inner strength.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the unique experiences that come with being neurodivergent (including ADHD, autism, and sensory sensitivity). I understand that there’s no “one size fits all” approach to healing, and that being truly understood can be transformative.

What you can expect from me

My approach is integrative and tailored to your needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychoeducational techniques to help build insight, develop coping skills, and foster resilience. I also practice from a trauma-informed lens.
