Great to meet you!

If you're overwhelmed or seeking change, I'm here to help. Together we'll explore your patterns, reconnect with who you are, and build a personalized toolbox for long-term growth. My approach is warm, grounded, and centered on your own unique story.

My approach to therapy

I understand that each person comes in to therapy with their own unique history, strengths, and challenges. I believe that therapy works best when it reflects that individuality.

My role is to offer a supportive, non-judgmental and supportive space where you can explore what’s happening in your life and move toward meaningful change. I’ll listen attentively, draw from evidence‐based practices, and gently challenge you when it can help you grow. My aim is for you to feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, my goal is to obtain a clear understanding of what brings you in and what you’re hoping to work towards in therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant history, and any questions you have about the therapeutic process. I’ll also share how I work, what you can expect from me, and how we can approach your goals together.

This initial meeting is collaborative. You’re welcome to share at your own pace. By the end of the session, we’ll have a sense of whether we’re a good fit and what the next steps in your care might look like.
