Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed social worker who believes therapy should feel supportive, grounding, and genuinely helpful. I work collaboratively with teens, young adults, and adults to navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, chronic illness, and life transitions. My style is thoughtful and practical, focused on helping you gain clarity, understand patterns, and make changes that feel sustainable—not overwhelming.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, supportive approach to therapy that balances structure with flexibility. Using CBT and strengths-based strategies, I help clients build insight, recognize patterns, and develop practical tools to manage anxiety, mood, and life stressors. My goal is to create a safe, thoughtful space where clients can gain clarity and make meaningful, sustainable changes.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your current concerns, relevant history, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. We’ll talk about how I work, answer any questions you have, and begin identifying goals and next steps. The session is collaborative, paced, and focused on helping you feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the start.
