Great to meet you!

With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I am a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and National Certified Counselor. My clinical foundation is built on a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy and extensive experience across diverse settings, including crisis services, chemical dependency treatment, and residential programs. I can confidently help you determine what is happening for you, and together we will create at treatment plan that provides you support and growth.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach centers on building a warm, non-judgmental relationship with you. Together, we'll create a trusting and supportive space where you can explore what's on your mind and identify the choices that feel right for you. I'm here to work alongside you as you heal, let go, and grow by gaining new skills to build resilience and move forward with confidence.
