Great to meet you!

Watching your child struggle with anxiety, OCD, social challenges, grief, trauma, or the complexities of adoption can leave you feeling worried, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to help. You don’t have to navigate those challenges alone. Drawing on more than 20 years of clinical experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a supportive, compassionate space where children and teens can feel understood, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to thrive.

What sets my practice apart is more than 20 years of experience building meaningful relationships with children, teens, and families. I take a collaborative, team-based approach and welcome input from parents, caregivers, teachers, and other helping professionals. Families often tell me that their children feel deeply connected, valued, and capable after working together.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with children and adolescents experiencing anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), social skill difficulties, adoption-related concerns, grief and loss, and trauma. My approach is grounded in evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Behavior Skills Training, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, my priority is helping your child feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely heard. Together, we will build a strong therapeutic relationship, identify meaningful goals, and create a personalized treatment plan that fosters hope and positive change. I believe that lasting growth happens when children feel understood, empowered, and supported.
